“Learn where you like and when you like, at your own pace, following a personalised e-learning path that takes your particular level of knowledge into account." By Norbert Conchin: WCO E-Learning Private Sector Service provider.
Mark Goodger has been awarded the official WCO E-Learning Trainer Certificate
E-learning is a distance learning system that makes use of multimedia resources and allows one or more individuals to train using their computers.
The multimedia supports used can combine text, 2 or 3D graphics, sound, images, animation and even video.
These media revolutionise the teaching approach, using more games-oriented techniques where interactivity plays a major role, diversifying tools used, adjusting more closely to the Student’s learning process as the Student takes control of his training. The latter can train at his own pace according to his needs and availability. This is particularly important at a time where lifelong training becomes the norm.
E-Learning assists to navigate people around the rapid learning models whilst offering cost saving potential for companies as well as additional revenue generation.
E-Learning is not limited to a few people in a training room, instead, thousands of users can be trained at any time anywhere in the world.
The Management Reporting facilityis conveniently geared to keep track of training progress of each trainee as well as their results from it.
E-Learning Training effectively is available on demand with no waiting period for upcoming course dates or sufficient learners. It is immediately available after payment is received.
Uniform Information facilitates that each trainee studies exactly what others study thereby eliminating the possibility of incorrect note-taking or study methods.
Courses can be run at the learner’s and management’s convenience.
The Trainee can pause the modules when necessary and then resume as and when time allows. The modules can be taken at work or at home, thereby making E-Learning the best method to STUDY ANYWHERE, ANYTIME!

“In order to be better than competitors, it is imperative that companies grasp the learning culture and embrace the untapped potential of their staff. E-Learning is leading the way in transforming businesses and their cultures seamlessly and producing huge benefits financially and in knowledge retention.”
“Global companies are making the transition from “training” to “learning” – in the latter the emphasis is on active participation by the employee. The shift from training to learning has been enabled by the growth in technology-based work environments and driven by new business models, which mean that organisations need to transfer more knowledge and skills, more often, to wider audiences, in shorter timeframes, with greater effectiveness.”
