"Outsourcing is never a threat to business but always an opportunity, as it enables firms to focus on what they do best, without wasting resources on processes that could be performed by someone else..."
Quoted from Supply Management of 1 November 2007 - Outsourcing - ahead of the game by Antony Barton
Doing business internationally is much more complex than simply finding a market and making the sale. That is why we provide fully integrated services capable, not only of finding markets for you, but also of doing (or training your own people to do) virtually all of the functions and paperwork associated with international trade.
We offer legal firms, businesses, companies and individuals a flexible, efficient and cost effective solution. By outsourcing their legal requirements, companies will save money by reducing their headcount, thereby reducing overheads, and they will have more time to focus on their business.
"Capacity to Contract - Another area to consider is what makes contracts legally enforceable. The main elements are: Capacity, Intention, Consideration and Offer and Acceptance."
Quote from Bob Soames: Purchasing at the Parthenon - Supply Management of 2 August 2007
Legal firms who have insufficient resources or time to meet their client’s demands can utilise our services without having to incur the costs of employing additional staff, paying their employee benefits as well as all the additional overheads associated with the additional staff. By outsourcing they will receive a quick, efficient, cost effective service. Companies, whether large corporates, small or medium-sized enterprises or start-ups, will benefit from their legal outsourcing by having access to legal advice and opinions in various areas of law, having all their agreements vetted and all drafting requirements met on a cost effective basis.
The incremental nature of decision making requires that the entire project cycle be integrated with planning and legal considerations. We understand the nature of project planning, implementation and management, and have provided clients with the legal frameworks and milestones that need to be considered in order to implement projects successfully. Permitting and licensing requirements usually require that they be considered as early in the project plan as possible, as it is more efficient to integrate specific elements in to the design phase of a project than into the construction or operational phase. Such projects are usually undertaken on the basis that we provide the service based on a retainer agreement with the client or by billing at a hourly rate.
