The students can make reference to the WCO certificate in their résumé or as professional reference. Nevertheless, the WCO Logo is a private property belonging to the WCO and shall not be reproduced or used in any way and for any purposes. All students have to obtain a pass rate of 85% on *all Modules to qualify for the WCO Certificate on that Course. Kindly enquire as to the minimum Module Credits required for each specific Certificate.
A certificate is delivered by WCO at the end of the training upon request of the trainee or tutor. Criteria to obtain the certificate are:-
1. Participants must take all modules of the course.*
2. The time consultation of the student must match the estimated duration of the course and the degree of progress must be at least 90%.
3. The last score of the final quiz must be at least 85%.
* For courses Harmonized System and Customs Valuation are requested at least 5 modules to be followed (always including the general introduction module). The students select the modules of their choice. For the Customs professionals (transporters, customs brokers, freight forwarders) all modules of these courses have to be ordered and fulfilled.
The SAFE framework of standards and the security and risk assessment courses shall be ordered and fulfilled jointly to obtain a certificate. The IPR, Rules of Origin and Transfer Pricing courses doesn't entitle for a certificate at this stage (additional modules and quizzes on these courses are in development) and a certificate will be available when these courses are fully developed.
